Stazione25 has continued its impressive progress. Of the two Stazione25 buildings, the south building is now more than 93% leased out and the north building is now over 87% leased out. The entire project is now over 90% leased out.

Stazione25 will close its EB5 fundraising efforts at the end of October as all construction and construction related expenditures are complete. After October the team will focus our fundraising efforts on Phase 2- Viv Crossing. Viv is adjacent to the successful Stazione25 project and due to the success and demand of Stazione25 the Viv business model will be consistent to that of Stazione25.

Viv is in the process of demolition and pre-construction work and will break ground next year.

Paraprin’s property investment business in Cleveland, Ohio allows our clients to obtain an E2 visa and hold a portfolio of cash flow producing properties.

Since starting our Cleveland operations at the end of last year we have continued to see incredible growth. We have assembled a large team of contractors, real estate agents, and property managers with an office in downtown Cleveland and a warehouse to direct our rehab activities.

We have developed several key relationship with lenders and government agencies to create a strong foundation, as we foresee a continuous pipeline of prospective investors. We now have over 30 properties under management and are projected to have over 50 properties under management by the end of the year. This growth is spurred by the increased interest in our E2 offering from Asia, Europe, and Latin America

Chicago Rockford Hilton Hotel

The summer months for the Chicago Rockford Hilton Hotel saw increased travel, mostly from the leisure/social segments, but there has definitely been an uptick in corporate travel. The hotel, however, does continue to outperform the market, achieving higher RevPAR than the other hotels in the Rockford market mostly through achieving a higher ADR than the competition, usually by at least $40.

The hotel has really started to capitalize on the premier full-service property in Rockford especially for the social market as guests look for a weekend getaway; location to stay when in town for a social purpose; or staying in the hotel for an event being hosted.

The guest feedback continues to be amazing, and the hotel is still performing at the top of The Embassy Suites brand. The hotel was recently awarded the “2020 New Build Property of the Year” by the Hilton Embassy Suites brand.
