Paraprin nació en 2011 a partir de la creciente necesidad de guiar a los inversionistas extranjeros hacia proyectos de desarrollo totalmente aprobados en Estados Unidos que garantizaran el logro de sus objetivos de inmigración, preservación del capital y retorno de inversión. Como empresa de gestión de inversiones e inversiones inmobiliarias totalmente integradas, proporcionamos a nuestros inversionistas la plataforma, la supervisión y el control que necesitan para tener éxito en Estados Unidos, ya sea a través del programa de permiso de residencia EB-5, el programa de inversionistas con convenio E-2 o a través de inversiones financieras en proyectos de desarrollo inmobiliario.

MANAGING PARTNER
David Bosworth
David is an American entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience facilitating cross border equity investments between overseas investors and US real estate development projects. Before founding Paraprin Capital, he co-founded and served as CEO for an international digital media firm headquartered in Shanghai, which was sold in a trade-sale in 2011. David also is Managing Partner of Paraprin Capital’s sister company, Paragon Partners Asia. Through Paragon Partners Asia, David is also a shareholder in Link People, a Shanghai-based real estate rehabilitation and management firm that specializes in developing co-living spaces for young professionals, interns, and visiting students. David graduated with a B.A. in Global Studies form the University of California Santa Barbara and attended graduate studies at National Taiwan University. He is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and is an avid surfer and snowboarder

Jacob Allmaras
Jacob has spent 7 years living and working in Asia. He has several years of investment management experience and has been involved with raising several billion dollars over multiple asset classes. Jacob has fundraised for several high-profile projects including Hudson Yards, a $25 billion project that has transformed New York’s downtown landscape. Jacob received his B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College where he was awarded Dean’s List for academic excellence and captain of the men’s tennis team. Jacob is fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.

Bernice Hsu
Bernice is based in Shanghai, Bernice’s main responsibilities at Paraprin Capital is forming of strategic partnership in mainland China, Taiwan , and Hong Kong and the work with them of Paraprin’s client as well as assisting the team an entire EB-5 application and investment process. She has personally worked with hundred of EB-5 clients in helping them to successfully obtain a US green card. Before Bernice joined Paraprin Capital, she worked at GE Capital for 8 years on the Non-performing Loan business. After GE terminated the NPL business in Taiwan, she joined Taiwan Sotheby’s international Realty as a high-end residence consultant. She majored in Financial Real Estate at National Taipei University and holds a real estate brokerage license in Taiwan. Bernice speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.

Phuc Le (Lee) has had years of experience working at leading Asian financial groups, specializing in capital raising. Lee worked at the investment banking unit of Shinhan Group – South Korea as a Manager of investment and Fund Raising in Asian markets. In addition, he also has many years of experience in Investor Relations for major real estate corporations such as Novaland and CBRE Vietnam. He grew up in the United States and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University with a major in Investment Finance. Lee is fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Sachin Chandavarkar
Sachin Chandavarkar is Managing Director – South Asia and Middle East. Prior to joining Paraprin Capital, he has had extensive experience in the India and Middle East market in senior positions at Lightstone, HomeFed Corporation and with the Essel Group / Zee Television. Sachin has been with the EB-5 and Private Equity industry since 2011 and as an expert in EB-5 and India related EB-5 issues, is a frequent speaker and panellist at international EB-5 conferences. Sachin is based in Kochi and Bangalore, India. He is fluent in English and Hindi. Sachin holds a double major MBA degree, in Finance and Marketing, from the T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, India and a Bachelors degree from Mumbai University. Sachin is a certified Rescue Scuba Diver. As a long-distance bicyclist raises funds, every year, for a Bangalore, India, based Animal Shelter.

Jon Sherer
Jon is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. With over 17 years of experience working for some of the largest and most successful new home builders, Jon has become a knowledgeable, skilled veteran of construction management. He has a successful track record in accomplishing a broad range of initiatives from planning, creation, implementation, management, and support of many business objectives at a high level. Jon brings a passion for leadership, encouragement of teamwork, a focus on employee development and a relentless pursuit of process improvement and efficiency.

Vassili Touline
Mr. Touline is an experienced attorney, real estate investor and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and commercial investments. HIs extensive business and legal background and his own experience emigrating to America enable him to provide creative solutions that meet the unique needs of overseas investors.
Mr. Touline is an active member of IIUSA and American Bar Association (“ABA”), specifically its International Section. He is a member of ABA’s Immigration, China and Private Equity Committees and former Co-Chair of Russia-Eurasia Committee. Mr. Touline holds Juris Doctor degrees from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, Ohio), and is an active member of the Bar in the states of New York and Ohio.

BRENNEN MCCONNELL
Brennen has more than 12 years of experience in acquiring and managing the rehabilitation of single family homes, duplexes, and triplexes in various cities around the United States, as well as fundraising for real estate development projects through the EB-5 and E-2 immigration through investment programs. Prior to founding Paraprin Capital, Brennen worked at a boutique American investment bank where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s overseas business operations and fundraising efforts. He received his B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Denison University in Ohio. Brennen studied at both Beijing Foreign Studies University and Shanghai International Studies University and is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
