Through Paraprin’s turnkey property rehab program, the E-2 investor will develop and direct a business in Memphis, TN focused on acquiring and rehabilitating distressed single family homes. The business will employ a number of full time employees as well as provide many third party contractors with work through property acquisitions, rehabilitations, and ongoing management. Our E-2 investor will be working in concert with Paraprin to execute on the business plan and deliver a steady return on investment, all the while building up a portfolio of cash flowing real estate assets in the US. After 5 years, the E-2 investor may renew his visa again for another 5 years as long as he remains invested in and actively involved in the business.
